Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

The short version

This summary is for convenience only; it does not replace the full text below.

• The Service is for adults (18+) only.
• Some profiles are virtual AI personas. They never ask for money and, by default, never message first (Section 7).
• AI suggestions are drafts only: everything you send is your own words and your responsibility (Section 6).
• Paid promotion affects the order in which profiles are shown (Section 5). Coins are not money; purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (Section 12).
• We do not verify users' identities. Be careful when chatting and meeting, and never send money to anyone (Section 17).
• Breaking the rules leads to your profile being hidden from discovery or your account being banned, without compensation (Section 11).
• What data we process and what rights you have — in Part II, the Privacy Policy (Sections 22–30).

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of the Service. They govern access to the website and all features of the dating service. The Privacy Policy — Part II of this document (Sections 22–30) — is an integral part of the Terms.

By registering, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By providing your date of birth at registration you confirm your age; registration of persons under 18 is prohibited and not technically permitted. We may request proof of age and block an account if we have reasonable doubts.

Persons whose account we have previously banned for violations may not use the Service.

3. Account and access security

Using the Service requires an account linked to an email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Impersonating another person or providing someone else's details is prohibited.

One person may have only one account; we may detect and restrict additional accounts belonging to the same person. Your account is personal: it may not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. If you suspect your access has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us: ____.

4. Description of the Service

The Service is an online dating platform. Core features:

• a profile with photos (up to 6) and interests;
• profile search with filters and a recommendation feed;
• likes and Super Likes; a mutual like creates a "match" and opens a chat;
• the "Visitors" section (who viewed your profile), "Nearby" (users around you), profile rating;
• event notifications;
• AI-powered tools (Section 6) and paid features (Section 12).

The set and availability of features may change and may differ depending on your plan. The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee an acquaintance, mutual interest, a reply or any other outcome.

5. Recommendations and profile ranking

The order in which profiles appear in search, the recommendation feed and other sections is determined automatically. The algorithms, including machine-learning models, take into account profile data, shared interests, age, distance, activity and interaction history within the Service.

Please note: paid features — profile Boost, Spotlight, VIP status — may raise a profile's position in search results and the recommendation feed (Section 12). Compatibility scores and similar indicators are for reference only and guarantee nothing.

6. AI-powered features

The Service includes features based on artificial intelligence:

• suggestions for your profile and messages: bio drafts, opening lines, reply ideas, compliments. Suggestions are drafts only: text is sent only after your action, you are free to edit it, and you are considered the author of everything you send; you are responsible for the text you send;
• automated analysis of texts for signs of abuse, spam and fraud (Section 11);
• reference estimates — for example, the likelihood of a reply.

AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; it is not professional advice. The Service does not send messages on your behalf without your action.

7. Virtual personas (AI profiles)

To keep the platform lively, above all in the early stage of its growth, some profiles on the Service are virtual personas: accounts created and operated programmatically, including with the use of AI technologies. What you should know about them:

• they are not real people; meeting a virtual persona is impossible, and statements made "on its behalf" create no obligations for anyone;
• their images are produced automatically (generated images of non-existent people or graphic placeholders) and are not photographs of real persons;
• they may view profiles and respond to likes and messages; their messages may be generated automatically; by default they do not initiate contact with real users;
• they never ask for money, gifts, contact or payment details and never push you towards purchases. If a "profile" does anything like that, it is a human breaking the rules — tell us via the "Report" button;
• such profiles may carry no separate label in the interface; this section serves as notice of their presence on the Service;
• paid features apply to all profiles uniformly: an action addressed to a virtual persona (for example, a Super Like or a gift) is executed and charged in the usual way (Section 12);
• the share of virtual personas declines as the number of real users grows; we may hide or delete any such profile at any time, together with the related conversation.

8. User content

You retain all rights to the content you post: photos, profile texts, messages. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, reproduce and display it as part of operating the Service — including showing your profile to other users and running the recommendation and moderation algorithms. The licence lasts while the content remains on the Service and ends when it is deleted, except for copies retained under Sections 10 and 11 and backups deleted in rotation. We do not use your content in external advertising without your separate consent.

Content requirements: your photos must show you; photos of third parties without their consent, any images of minors, and explicit or shocking material are prohibited. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate the law or the rights of third parties.

We may remove or hide content that violates the Terms without prior notice.

9. Rules of conduct

When using the Service it is prohibited to:

• impersonate another person, create fake profiles, use other people's photos;
• harass, threaten, insult, discriminate or stalk;
• commit fraud in any form: asking for money, "investment" offers, begging, extortion, blackmail, phishing;
• offer prostitution, escort or other commercial sexual services;
• post pornography or other explicit content, shock content, or promote violence or drugs;
• advertise, spam, send bulk messages, lure users to other services, or make any commercial use of the Service without our written consent;
• collect, copy or export user data, including by automated means (scraping);
• use bots, scripts, emulators or other automation; interfere with the Service or circumvent technical restrictions and protective measures;
• create multiple accounts or register again after a ban;
• do anything that violates applicable law.

Seeking contact with minors, or any activity affecting their safety, leads to an immediate ban; such cases may be reported to law enforcement.

10. Messaging and its storage

Chat is available only between users with a mutual like (a "match"). If either party removes the match, the message history between them is deleted for both sides and cannot be restored.

Messages and profile texts are automatically analysed for signs of violations (Section 11). Individual materials in which the system or moderators have found signs of serious violations may be retained even after the conversation or content is deleted — to the extent necessary to investigate violations, protect users and comply with the law.

11. Moderation, reports and enforcement

We use automated (including AI-based) and manual moderation and anti-fraud measures: content analysis, technical signals (IP address, device characteristics), account risk scoring and processing of user reports. You can report a profile with the "Report" button; abusing reports is prohibited.

If the Terms are violated, or we reasonably suspect a violation, we may: remove content, restrict individual features, hide a profile from search and recommendations (including without notice), or ban the account temporarily or permanently. We may withhold the details of how our protective mechanisms were triggered.

If an account is banned for violating the Terms, the remaining coins, paid subscriptions and other paid features are not compensated, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a measure was applied in error, write to us: ____ — we will review your appeal within a reasonable time.

12. Paid features, coins and subscriptions

• Coins — internal virtual units used to pay for one-off features. Coins are not money or electronic money, have no value outside the Service and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged back or transferred to other users. If the account is deleted or banned for violations, the remaining coin balance is forfeited.
• Subscriptions (Premium, VIP) provide extended capabilities: removal of daily limits, Incognito mode, no ads and more; the exact scope is described on the plan page.
• One-off features — Super Like, profile Boost, Spotlight, virtual gifts — are paid for with coins at the prices shown in the interface at the time of purchase. Some actions are available for free within your plan's daily limits; daily limits are counted per calendar day in UTC.
• Virtual gifts — images displayed in the interface; the recipient of a gift receives no money or any other payout.

Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not store full card details. Digital features are provided immediately after payment. Amounts paid, unused coins and the remaining subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a plan includes automatic renewal, this is clearly indicated at checkout; you can disable renewal at any time before the end of the paid period and keep access until it ends. Prices may change; changes do not affect periods and purchases already paid for.

13. Advertising

Users on the free plan may be shown advertisements — the Service's own announcements and partner materials. Purchasing a subscription turns ads off. We are not responsible for the content of external websites that advertising links lead to.

14. Location

Location-dependent features (the "Nearby" section, distance to users) use the coordinates you provided or allowed to be determined. Providing your location is voluntary: without it those features are unavailable, while the rest of the Service works. Distances are shown approximately.

15. Personal data

What data we process, the purposes and periods of processing, who receives it and what rights you have are described in the Privacy Policy — Part II of this document (Sections 22–30). By using the Service you confirm that you have read it.

16. Intellectual property of the Service

The Service, including its code, design, texts, graphics, names and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying or distributing elements of the Service, or creating derivative products, without our written consent is prohibited.

17. Disclaimer of warranties and dating safety

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any outcome of use. We do not verify users' identity, background or criminal record and do not vouch for the accuracy of profile information.

Stay careful:

• never send money or share payment details with other users;
• keep the conversation in the Service's chat until you trust the other person; do not rush to share contact details;
• arrange first dates in public places and tell someone close to you where you are;
• if someone asks for money, blackmails you or behaves suspiciously, use the "Report" button.

Responsibility for communication and meetings arranged through the Service lies with their participants.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we are not liable for the actions, statements or content of users (online or offline) or for damage arising from communication or meetings; we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid to the Service in the last 12 months.

Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing overrides mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to compensate us for documented losses caused by your violation of the Terms or of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us at ____ — we will delete the account and related data within a reasonable time, except for information we are required or entitled to retain (Sections 10 and 11, legal requirements).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate the Terms or where the law requires it, and we may discontinue the Service as a whole. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (licences for retained data, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in force.

20. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. We will give notice of material changes in a prominent way — in the Service interface and/or by email — before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new version; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and request deletion of your account. The current version is always available on this page.

21. Governing law, disputes and contacts

22. What data we process

• Account data: email address, password (stored only as a hash), date of birth, gender.
• Profile data: name, "about me", city, dating goal, interests, photos, coordinates — if you provided them.
• Activity and interactions: likes and Super Likes, matches, profile views, virtual gifts, last-activity time.
• Messages: chat messages.
• Payment data: purchase history, coin balance and coin transactions. We do not receive or store full card details — they are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, device fingerprint, registration and sign-in timestamps.
• Usage events: profile impressions and opens, viewing duration.
• Moderation and safety data: reports, results of automated analysis of texts and images (including digital fingerprints of photos), risk scores and enforcement measures.

23. Purposes of processing

• operating the Service: profiles, search, recommendations, matches, chat, notifications;
• personalisation: algorithms and machine-learning models use profile data and interaction history to select and rank profiles (Section 5);
• AI features: generating suggestions and analysing texts (Section 6);
• safety: moderation, protection against fraud, spam and multiple accounts (Section 11);
• paid features and billing (Section 12);
• compliance with the law and dispute resolution.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

24. What other users can see

• profile data: name, age (calculated from your date of birth), city, "about me", dating goal, interests, photos, the VIP badge;
• the "online" status, determined from your last-activity time;
• the approximate distance to you — if you provided coordinates; exact coordinates are never shown to anyone;
• the fact that you viewed someone's profile — shown to that profile's owner in the "Visitors" section; Incognito mode turns this off;
• when you send a virtual gift, the recipient sees the gift and your name.

Your email address, password and exact date of birth are never shown to other users.

25. Who we share data with

• payment providers — to process purchases and prevent payment fraud;
• an external AI provider — when you use the generation and analysis features (Section 6), the texts you submit and certain profile data (for example, interests — to generate a bio) may be processed by the external provider solely to fulfil your request. The automated check of messages at the moment of sending runs on our servers, without transfer to external providers;
• infrastructure providers — hosting, data storage and backups;
• public authorities — only upon a lawful request that is binding on us;
• in the event of a business reorganisation or sale, data may be transferred to the successor under the terms of this Policy.

26. Cookies and local storage

We use only technically necessary means: cookies for language selection and request-forgery protection (CSRF), session cookies for internal areas, and the browser's local storage for sign-in tokens. Usage events (Section 22) are collected by our own code and sent only to the Service's servers. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used.

27. Retention periods

• account and profile data — for as long as the account exists;
• messages — until the match is removed (deleted for both sides, Section 10) or the account is deleted;
• materials showing signs of violations, reports and the enforcement journal — longer, to the extent necessary to protect users and comply with the law (Sections 10 and 11);
• technical logs and usage events — ____;
• backups are deleted in rotation.

After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except as listed above.

28. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may: obtain access to your data and a copy of it; correct inaccurate data (your profile can be edited in settings); delete your account (Section 19); restrict processing or object to it; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: ____.

29. Security and data location

Passwords are stored only as hashes; connections to the Service are encrypted (HTTPS); access to data is limited to those who need it for their work.
